I have a very bad experience about Ramaiah hospital. Their service is horrible.
On 31/12/2014 I got admitted there for appendix surgery, my total bill was around Rs.77000.
According to their service bill was too much. The service was worst its just like any government hospital, I felt like instead of going Ramaiah hospital I could have done my surgery in any government hospital which would have cost me much less then my actual bill.
Dr Baagli baba saheb has done my surgery, his overall experience and the way of treatment was good but he is irresponsible and never comes at time due to that I faced lots of problem.
Their internal communication is very bad which have created so many problem, food was horrible specially the milk which they serve at night which looks like they are serving water with little amount of milk.
I supposed to get discharge on 4th Jan-15 (Sunday) morning but they have such a poor internal communication due to that they have sent the final bill for insurance approval on Monday 4:00 PM, I was keep on waiting from Sunday to Monday evening, I complained about this to everyone there but no one bother to care. They were not allowing me to go home with out final payment, at last at 7:00 PM I paid the bill on cash and got discharge.
