A group of photographers who just think they are professionals. Just owning a DSLR and knowing few poses wouldn't mean they are professionals.
I had my wedding photography done from these people. Now I am feeling, I just got cheated. I will never get those moments again. Also, it was just waste of all time and money dealing with these people.
1. We didn't get the album on time. We had to follow up dozens of times even for the digital copy, but they haven't given complete set.
2. They didn't even bother ask us before for the photo selection before making the album. What they put in the album was bad selection of photos.
3. Album was not as we expected nor the photography was of good quality. I have taken better pictures in the past.
4. There were 4-5 photographers on the wedding stage taking photos/ video. In many of the photos, we and our guests are seeing different cameras while posing to the photo.
5. They ask for the money before giving you the album. But once they get the money, it will be hard to contact them. Even if we get hold of one of them, they will tell some other photographer is responsible.
6. They were not ready to even correct the album though it was their mistake.
We were so frustrated after some time, we just returned them the whole album and let them keep it.
If you want your photos to be memorable for rest of your life, find some better photographers. We can't do anything now :( But I strongly discourage others going to this studio. Beware of these people. They have different names as Monark group, Siddharth Digitals, Dream media etc.
