i bought a laptop worth 23000rs on 29th and a blackberry worth 13990rs on 30th of october,2014,respectively from ezone,central mall bellandur.there was a promotional offer of 5%cash back with axis bank debit card.after writing a dozen of emails today i get to know that the offer was valid only till 26th of october. whereas before the billing i reconfirmed about the offer.and i was told that i will get the cash after 60 days.why shall i buy products from ezone when i can get those same products online at a cheaper rate??it was because of the cashback offer.i feel so cheated right now. can believe they have given this misinformation.
