THE POOREST SERVICE EVER FOUND ON EARTH..!!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. I took their connection on 30th Dec. And i started loosing signal and except promo channel(Starting Screen - CH 899) i lost all channels. I called them for help and called them for over 4 days, but they were least bothered about my complaint, and said i would have not paid my bill. IT WAS LESS THAN A WEEK SINCE I HAD TAKEN THE CONNECTION...!!!! THE PEOPLE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE RUDE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. They have a feeling that the customers don't have any other options to go for. I am disconnecting it today and lodging a complaint in consumer court for a refund.
