I had the worst ever shopping experience. I agree they have a good collection. But I purchased a saree. On going home I noticed it was damaged. And when I went for an exchange the manager of the Jaynagar branch behaved like he was giving me the saree for free. It took over one month for them to analyse if the saree was damaged or not. I would never step into this shop ever after this experience. Their customer service when it comes to exchanging of damaged goods is very bad.
