Sir, This is with reference to a mobile Note4 Edge N915G WHITE COLOR 355216061266816 DT 01.02.2015 Samsung make purchased from M\s Arcoi -one Lajpat nagar. From the day I purchased the hand set the mobile is not accepting the sim and always gives a message that user is not registered. I informed the dealer on the very next day and from that dat they started killing the time and giving no proper feed back on my complaint. Now they are saying that 7 days have expired and now the phone will be repaired. Sir I have paid a huge amount for this and set is the defective piece I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter personally and please arrange for the replacement of the set.. I foresee the positive response from your end, as I am very upset regarding the matter I have been approaching since the very next day to the dealer( from where have purchased the phone ) and also to the customer care and service centres but till now the problem has not been concluded.
