I purchased LED Sony TV and Tata Sky at your Madipakkam GIRIAS Showroom on 14.3.2015. The items are not yet delivered to me till date (17.3.2015). Why there is so much delay in delivery? My repeated calls to your new showroom are left unanswered. Sales persons incharge of prompt delivery are negligent in their duties. Apart from this, the inaugural offer which is printed in the bill for purchases above 30K is not received by me. While demo people from Sony and Tata Sky are repeatedly calling me since past 2 days, why there is so much lag in delivering the items. As promised by your manager, you have failed to deliver goods on time . This was my wedding anniversary gift to my wife on 16.3.2015. This has left me in mental agony. I want the purchase to be cancelled and full money be refunded to me at the earliest. I will take the matter to the Consumer Forum as deficiency in service if the refund is not arranged within 2 days. My sincere advise is kindly treat customers with utmost dedication and ensure prompt delivery of purchased items.
