Dear Madam/Sir, Ref: Customer No.15800 Customer: SATISH KUMAR Address: Flat # 103, S.Square Residency Kalena Agrahara, Gottigere, B-76. Supplier: Sri Sai Prasanna Indane Services Bannerghatta Road (Hulimavu) 1) I am the father of the above customer, viz., SATISH KUMAR. 2) The latest date I received the Gas supply was on 09-Dec.-2014. 3) I booked the Gas on 25th Feb.2015. The bill was raised, but the supply did not took place. I approached the Agency and was asked to submit the relevant papers for reimbursement. Accordingly, I submitted the application and a cancelled bank check. I was asked to book the gas once again with the assurance that supply would tale place in a couple of days. 3) Alas ! since then I booked the Gas THREE times. Every time, the bills were raised and cancelled after about three or four days. I made an enquiry about the status of supply and received the reply that "Gas" was supplied on such & such a day. 4) Again I approached in person the Gas Agency for clarification and to find out whether a wrong delivery had taken place. The reply, I received was a scant irresponsible reply; viz., "Don't take it in face face value. (in Kannada: "Avaru aatharane reply kodthare, adu computer alva, adukku thinking power illa") 5) Further, the person in-charge-public relations (inside the Cabin) very politely asked me a half dozen questions, viz., when did you submit the papers, whom did you submit, have you brought the tear off acknowledgement slip etc. 6) I went home, brought the acknowledgement and showed him and asked him to verify. He pretended to be searching and informed me that my application could not traced and I was asked to submit the papers once again. I told him that my son in whose name the application is, out of country and requested him for immediate supply of Gad at the open market rate, without, the concession to meet my immediate need. 7) He told me that in that case, the Gas cannot be supplied at my door step, by the delivery boy and asked me to bring the Cylinder myself and take the delivery. I went home, brought the cylinder and was told that the stocks for the day was over and hence, I should approach them after three days. 8) Madam/Sir, I am a senior citizen (70+). I am aware that things would happen in my favour against BRIBE, but some-how, my conscious does not agree and hence, as a last resort, I am placing matter before you for a for a thorough enquiry and immediate supply of Gas. 9) In the meanwhile, I borrowed a cylinder from my neighbour friend, and the same is also getting exha
