I am using 15mbps connection from Beam. The speed is good but the customer service is a big time bull. If the service goes down, you are GONE...... Beam/ACT has a pathetic IVR and have lousy customer service junkies. The less said about the Field guys. Please don't get carried away by their Marketing gimmicks...BSNL is still a good option.
