Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I booked a Nikon D5200 camera from this store by paying 10,000/- advance. I was told they would get me the camera within 5 days. Its been 11 days now, I still haven't received the camera. The staff are not very friendly, in fact they were at times rude - as if it was my fault to to book the camera from Jumbo - when I called to get an update.
