One of the worst service, I called many times they will ask mobile number and Hathway card number.
They will say we will solve the problem in 20 min.
But nobody will call or resolve the problem.
I was calling the customer care since one week.
Some time they will not pick the call.
Some times they pick the call first they will ask did u paid the money, infact the collection boy will not come to the collect the money.
