We bought an ac from Pankaj electronics in yusuf sarai which we found to be defected within one week of purchase. After complaining in the shop, the attitude of the owner was quite rude and irresponsible.
While purchasing the ac we were informed that if we pay rs 300 per month for 8 months (total Rs.2400), we will get extended two years warranty from bajaj allianz. We agreed to include this extra 300 bucks in our monthly EMI. While returning home we noticed that the amount for extendend warranty was 2925 (not 2400 as we were told earlier). We again went to the shop and asked for the clarification. They casually told, it is Rs. 365. We then said that we were told Rs. 300 and unexpectedly the answer was ......sir humne to round off karke 300 bola tha......what should I say to this EPITOME OF MORONNESS OR CHEATING?????? 365 KA ROUND OFF 300 KAISE HO SAKTA HAI???? For me this is cheating. So guys be careful ....all cheaters are sitting at one place. I have purchased stuff from sargam electronics also... It was a good experience there......
