Worst Courier Service I have ever come across!!!!
:-( Disgusting services. I am really unhappy. They have an office in Verna and every time I get a parcel - they call me and tell me "No Service to my office area" - that is not more than a KM from their office. And they want me to either come over myself and/or send my office boy to collect the small packet/letter etc.
And that too their office is located in the industrialist estate and my office is beside the village Panchayat office in the absolute centre of the Verna Village. Never ever heard of this. What does a Courier Service imply? That I should go and collect my stuff from their office????
Why can't their office service the whole village? It's not more than 4 Sq KM in size. I am totally fed up - this is probably the last time I will ever use their service and you can expect me to highlight this terrible service - far and wide...!!!
Don't use them if you can help it. Bunch of cheats!!!!
