The fraudulent Mr. Hari Prasad, the manager of the Whitefield, Bangalore franchise of Snap Fitness has lied, cheated and not bothered to resolve my consumer complaint seriously. He sold me a membership under false pretexts and I've been chasing him for the past 6 months to get closure on this issue. He refuses to take calls, never calls back when gotten in touch with and lies saying he'll call back, but never does. I'm extremely upset with how this has been handled. To me personally, this has been the worst brand interaction I've had in India.
