I bought a honda dio 2014 from Pressana Honda and left the scooter for first service regarding front fork bend n some issues. When i returned back in the evening to take found my scooter was missing from the service center and i reported the branch manager regarding it. He is like just go search inside the service center it will be somewhere inside. I was waiting in an embrassing moment and saw my vehicle was taken out by a working person from service, found that the didnt do any of the work i mentioned and quoted me expensively. I came back and registered a complaint to Honda headquarters. Many customers who bought honda vehicles from Pressana Honda don't have a good impression. Total waste of money in buying a bike from pressana honda and also the after sales and services is totally a mess. please do honda customers and others don't prefer this dealer.
