I bougt a wasing machine of samsung and i complained about the problem on 27 january 2015, yet the problem is not resolved. So After the long exploitation by samsung C C team and service center gye i expriencd that my decision for purchaseing samsung product was completely wrong. Because the ccustomer support service of samsung is actually customer exploitation service. They make only fool to customer, and not provide them any solution,.
