I have bought a Sleepwell Serenity mattress from Esteem Agencies. The mattress was delivered after 14 days. When I opened the mattress it didnât look like a new one. There were several dusty patches on the mattress. It seems it was in warehouse for years. The worst part is that if I use the mattress I got itching. It seems the mattress has soaked lot of dust. I have complained the very next the mattress was delivered. The showroom owner Mr. Arif said that somebody from Sleepwell will visit my home to check the mattress. In past two months I must have called him 10-15times; every time I got the same response â âthis week somebody from Sleepwell will visit your placeâ / âI will check and call back tomorrowâ. Itâs more than 2 months now - up to now I havenât even got a single callback from him. Really pathetic seller; knows only selling the product â no after sell support. Not at all recommended!
Also I am not at all happy with Sleepwellâs customer service. They couldnât support the customer for 2 months forget about 10 years guarantee.
