Sir, I,am,Rajeev,R.was.serving.as.a.security.supervisor.underSDB,CISCO(India)Limited,with.Surya.TV.at.Sasthamangalam,Thiruvananthapuram,Kerala...Date.of.appointment.was.20.07.2010.and.I,had.served.for.a.couple.of.months.My.Provicent.fund.there.to.have.been.deducted.but.no.action.has.been.initiated.to.close.my.PF.account.and.refund.....However.it.is.requested.to.settle.my.dues.at.the.earliest.for.the.period.I,have.served.PF.Acct.No.given.as.125666.
