Despite the bad call, i Visited your saloon in nungambakkam.. really shocking on how they were treating me. First of all, they have to learn how to respect a new customer and receive them. I really don't understand why oil massage for head s varying according to the length of the hair. Extra 2 tsp if coconut oil is costing a difference of 200 rs? :O ok , leave the prices.. their service.. my god. . Thy really have to learn how to talk to a customer.. no respect and totally local.. i thought u guys had a great standard.. so harsh in treatments.. waxing has so harsh and the cloth she used had a foul smell, wen I asked her to change she said" its all washed only!!" I was shocked the way she respond! For head massage I almost ended up with a bad headache.. seriously .. really pissed off.. the chairs utilised were not adjustable and the steam she gavve was almost worth ntn.. my head din even get inside the steamer and i had to bend my neck which gave me inmense beck pain.. she cant even as me to move or push she just does it as she wants which is aweful.totally deeply depressing and disappointed with the spa pedicure also. Will never suggest any one. Have had enuf. Sorry .. but I felt pathetic.
Wosrt customer service. A girl is not even patient enough to attend a call and tell the details of a service. Wosrt. Dint expect this.Totally disappointed.
