AVOID SOUTH EASTERN CARGO MOVERS and PACKERS:
This is the most DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL movers we have ever used.
We recently used South Eastern Cargo Movers and Packers to move to another state from Mumbai: whilst they may offer a lower quote than other movers, our losses cost more than what we paid them. We were horrified when our household items arrived broken and several expensive items were stolen from the boxes. The packers who delivered the goods refused to unpack the boxes at the final destination and we had to do the unpacking of the boxes and assembly of the furniture by ourselves.
Chirag Singh (9920016600 / 022 22970332 / 3254 2466), the executive we had to deal with in Mumbai, seems to be a part of this racket. He refuses to acknowledge the terrible service, and the breakages and theft of our goods. Our emails to Chirag go unanswered; he denies any wrong doing over the phone!
Regarding claiming for damages: they cheated us on this too and we are unable to get any action on the insurance policy we paid for.
Our recommendation is to AVOID them - they are CHORS
