They took my consignment on 19th June 2015 to deliver at Puri. They promised delivery before 25th June 2015. they promised regular sms updates. they promised that they would buy an insurance and get me the copy of the policy. Today is 18th July. My material is yet to reach the destination. The company is not responding to my phone calls. Neither giving me any update. Two times, I could get them on a conference call with Justdial when I complained them about the veracity of the info supplied by them. Each time, they promised an update. But, they haven't kept their promise.
