My Brother joydeep panja is suffering from cerebral palsy since his birth at a attack of severe birth jaundice. Now he is 35 Years old. Still he is suffering from lack of control of neck, deficiency of clarity of speech, Lack of some percentage of hearing ability, Abnormality in body movement.
