My Name is Seema and I regularly visit Alps centre at 14 Sector Gurgaon. I recently had a horrifying experience at 14 sector Gurgaon branch. I got hair straightening therapy by paying INR 6000 on 23 Jan 2010.The treatment is done my one Mr Anil. After first wash only I realised that my hair are not done properly and when contacted them Mr Anil refused to accept. Discussed with the manager Mrs Babli and she also tried to put all blame on me that I didn’t use the recommend shampoo to wash my hair, even though I told her that I use L’Oreal Absolute repair shampoo. Another Manager Mrs Seema confirmed on same day that my hairs are burnt but Mrs Babli had a different opinion and wanted to call for their expert Mr Mohinder. I was again call to centre and Mr Mohinder accepted that this is mistake and Mr Anil has used wrong tube with number 1 or 0 which are very harsh. Also Mr Mohinder accepted the ALPS mistake and advised only Hair SPA and oil message will help to improve my hair. He also said that hair are burnt and damaged badly. Hearing this I asked Mrs Babli for y money back and hair treatment, which she said both she cannot do and when I raised my voice she called me next day to say that they will give me 6000 INR voucher and will give me to improve my hair. They gave me a 6000 yellow card but now Mrs Babli's attitude has completely changed towards me and she doesn’t pay any attention to me whenever I visit the parlour. I had been complaining that now my hair falling very badly and she say whole world is complaining for the same and there is no exception in my case. I had Very bad experience at ALPS.I caution people to get expensive treatment done at ALPS.
