Hopeless staff.I was attended by Bhavana.she's good for nothing.her behavior is low and she knows nothing.even for booking she was referring to some other staff.she made a wrong ticket though she had a passport to refer.and advice all that she printed Mr. Instead of Miss.she made a new one and even there she printed Mrs instead of miss.Bhavna even made a typo of my e-mail id though I have her in writing.and I didn't receive my ticket and visa and had to go to office all the way from bandra.They never even attended calls.useless.the 2011 staffbatch were good.
