Hi Team I brought new Samsung A8 phone on 8/12/2015 from after 4th day I have started facing problems phone it was getting restarts very often during making calls n whole trying to call any one then I have visited to Samsung service center they have updated the software and they said it's fine it seems an aging after 2 weeks I started facing same issue and again had been to same services center and I don't know what they have done but as per managers conversation he said motherboard has been replaced but actually it was not replaced so again for 4 days it was working fine but was issue again started then I have dropped a mail Samsung CEO desk as per their suggestion and promise again I visited to Samsung services center and then finally they changed motherboard it seems and it was working till yesterday fine but from today I have same is issue and again I have visited to service center and they suggestEd me to use only one sim for checking purpose but I'm using only one sim card now but still have same issue.
Finally what I want to say is Samsung services is very cheap kind of i got I have expected more from this product and I brought this product and I got cheated by Samsung and I never suggest anyone to buy this product.
