Horrible Experience!!
Recently booked a Tempo Traveller (Company : Force, Color : Brown, Reg No: MH 04 GP 1218) with them for my family vacation to Mahabaleshwar.
On the very first day when it arrived for pickup, there was an unbearable noise coming from the bottom of the vehicle which was quite loud. On inquiry, the driver suggested that the noise is coming due to a belt misalignment and behaved as if it was a regular problem. We immediately informed the travel office to which the lady staff replied, "We will get it fixed on your way to Mahabaleshwar. However, this problem wasn't solved even during my four day stay at Mahabaleshwar. We had pre-agreed to pay the entire sum after our final drop at Mumbai.
However, due to insecurity and fear that we will not pay the entire amount, the driver on the final day was asked to halt the car and not depart till the entire sum was paid. He even misbehaved when my entire family had already boarded the bus. We immediately called the office and to our surprise we got arrogant replies from the same lady staff who asked to pay the entire sum on the spot without which the driver wouldn't start the bus.
It is to bring to everyones notice that these guys are nothing but a cheap unorganized and pathetic travel company. They have no sense of customer service and satisfaction. I would strongly recommend against Chirag travels!!
