This CSD dealer is dealing with defence personnel in Delhi Cantt for decades now however now it seems they have grown too big for their business. The staff employed there does not care for customers and at times starts misbehaving. We bought an Onida window AC from there which they promise to install within three days. They charged money in advance for that. However after lapse of 3 days when we went to inquire about the same the staff there started misbehaving to my wife. When she asked for owner's contact number they refused. On insisting despite insult they gave this number 09560897716 of some manager called Sati. This person switched off the phone on us. Next day when I called up again the phone was attended after trying for 7-8 times and the person told me that Sati is not available. Hearing me he disconnected saying that he will make me speak to Sati when he comes. I am still struggling to get my new AC installed with Delhi heat troubling my family and 01 yr old child.
