To, Accounts officer GMTD BSNL, Sector 19 Noida(U.P.) Sub:- your letter no GMTD/AO/(PC)/Notice/15-16/1011505969 dt 27/02/2016 Dear Sir This is regarding above captioned letter reply. In this regards I want to brief that a long back(appx 5 years back) I availed the service of BSNL for broadband service(conn no 0120-2321598). The service was very poor but it was working anyhow & paid properly for some time and then it was totally damaged due to some technical problem with the BSNL. For the period of more than two months the service was not available but I deposit two months bill to department & approached to local office in DELTA sector to technical person as well as in Legerstromia bulding in writing and request for broadband service. I also approached to GMTD office sector 19 also. As I paid further for two month but service was not start for broadband. There was a heavy study loss for my ward in the meantime. At last as I was unable to get resume the broadband connection then I convey to lineman that I will avail any other option and the lineman remove the connection. It’s surprise that after 4-5 years you are sending me notice for deposit money, but if check the data you find that you got 2-3 months payment from my side without availing the service. Please you do the necessary correction in your accounting, as there are not any dues towards me. April 19, 2016 Surprisingly i got a demand latter for rs. 4518/- for a broadband connectionno 0120-2321598, which was disconnect a long back(4-5 years or more) & was deposited 2-3 months bill but the service was not resumed for a long period, even i approached to local office delta sector, knowledge park office also make a lot of calls to sector 19 office. But it looks that the BSNL staff concentrate only thought that the BSNL is a govt incorporation. If you can send the letter after 4-5 years, why not you take action on the complaints of consumers D S Solanki
