Very Bad customer service ABT Maruti, Guindy, has been of a very bad customer service Center with everything over them. They don't respect the time of the customers, the value of the Customers and most of all, they don't RESPECT their customers. I am on of them and they have never kept their word to anything they had agreed. I book a car, they don't give me the booking receipt. Attaching the copy of receipt that was sent to me through Whats app ( after a long struggle), on the 27th, where-in I booked my car on the 20th, Jan 2016. I pay my money to get new seat covers, even though they don't have them, they still receive the money. And when I get the car delivered they don't get me the new seat covers. When I ask for my money back, they keep pushing, pushing and pushing. They said the re-payment will be made in 4 days and its been like 15 days and I have been running all around, calling everyone and have been emailing almost all. Still no one to respond and help a customer and help him out. This has been the journey so far and I am wondering how the days are going to be in the future. I still have the feedback form with me and I am sending them back with all my experiences and the pathetic customer service I have been receiving from them. This is from a customer who has been sent everywhere, kicked out to all the places, had been made to run, to buy a new car. And the journey continues....
