They are very worst people ever seen, bought an Airtel DTH connection, they gave different persons details as registered customer, Name, RTN and Address everything is different, but I paid from my pocket. When approached for correction of the details at Airtel, they are saying it is mistake done by Jeyam & Co. and when approached Jeyam, it is a mistake done by Airtel. Airtel says it can not be changed, so only option left with me is throw the set top box in drainage. Because I could not do recharge or change package or anything because of different RTN. Please dont buy anything at Jeyam, they dont have good relationship with manufacturer. Very very worst people.
