This review is to notify the owner of Jayalakshmi, to inform the very bad response that me and my family faced from your Ernakulam shop the last day. You sales girls are behaving without any manners with the middle class customers. Just remind them that Kochi not consists of Millionaires, but has middle class people too and that, they too have the right to shop. And if it is that your shop doesn't mean for middle class people, please give an advertisement regarding that, so that we people need not get any further insult like this.
This is not for the first time we're facing this kind of response from Jayalakshmi. And now we have decided not to shop from Jayalakshmi in any case; nor our family or friends. If your employees continue with the same behaviour with the customers, it would be a great loss for your business. I have purchased from your Trivandrum shop, but they we behaving very responsibly. Because of that only we came for shopping in Ernakulam branch. But the way your sales girls behave with the middle class customers is very irritating. Please keep in mind that this is not only my complaint, but a lot many have the same complaint.
Kindly inform them to behave properly with the customers.
