HDFC credit card is HORRIBLE...!
I have been a loyal customer for 8+ years, paying the monthly bills without fail. And today, I realized they have blocked my card because, HDFC did not do a good job with updating my phone number correctly!! And now, I have been asked to write a physical letter to a Chennai address for the phone change. In this day and age, every other credit card worth their salt have automated this whole process, but HDFC seems to be stuck in a world 100 years back. HDFC, pls help solve this, or you are losing a loyal customer. Shame on your poor process and systems!
