Big Bazar, Taranaka means making customers life miserable. I Purchased around Rs. 5000/- worth articles including Vegitable from there on 2/7/2016, they offered lot of gift for puchasing items in bulk. Once I, purchsed goods they denied to give the gift items . For that they ask me to visit their shop after 19th of July. They offer free home delivery by the next day i.e. on Sunday morning. They did'nt supply the material on time. After making 25 request calls to them, they told us that their vehicle got some problem and they can supply the material only on Monday. On our continues request finally they supply the mateiral on sunday Night 10.30. I don't know why the authorities are not taking action against this Supermarkets. They offers discounts and gifts for purchasing items through ads and posters flex banners. Once the customer went and purchased the items from them, they denay to give discount and gifts immediately. They ask the customer to come after 15-20 days to purchased more items and collect the gifts along with. If the customer purchase the more itesm from them, they provide some third class items as gift and ask customer to vist to collect gift for newly purchased items.
