Speaking from personal experience as an alumni of this school, I have studied class 11 and 12 here which is pretty much the most crucial part of a students life and I PLEAD YOU TO READ THIS BEFORE YOU JOIN YOUR CHILD HERE.(I have not written this to defame the school but only in hope that it may change to support the hype it has developed) .I was a hosteler here and have to say the experience was terrible. I will start with the education, most teachers are not good and if you want quality education, not the place. After the child joins no personal interest in him/her is shown what so ever. Contacting the principal, or any official whatsoever is a tedious procedure. The rules are very strict and quite old fashioned. ACs hardly work especially in the summer. Forget about sports, just terrible, the worst I have seen in any school. When I was in 12th we didn't have a physics teacher for many months and all the lab work was done hurriedly at the end by a teacher with zero experience who ended up making us do all the work. Coming to the hostel, the ac is turned on from 10 pm -4am and in summer it hardly ever works. You are not allowed to walk outside the hostel at all. Either you are in the hostel or in a study room after school finishes. The bathrooms are extremely dirty and many times are flooded with insects. The shelves are cheap and can easily be broken into and quite often things get stolen. Children get sick quite often and they take them to a quite mediocre hospital. The study hour timings are ridiculous and force you to forget about sports or any extra curriculars. They charge heavily for everything including coming late from a holiday. Without any reason or notice the hostel fees was increased substantially with no change in any amenities after a year. The mess is horrible and food mediocre with zero nutritional value. They make unhealthy, oily food and every liquid ranging from dal to milk is diluted. The faculty and officials keep on changing. Feuds among authorities is common and the students suffer because of it. There are zero field trips or excursions.i would like to conclude by saying it's purely commercial and students concerns are the last thing they have in mind here. For further queries contact me at davidsam1998@gmail.com, I'm more than happy to elaborate , as there are still quite a few things that I have not mentioned which might be considered controversial.
