Hi Team I brought new Samsung A5 phone on May 2016 from after 2th month I have started facing problems phone it was getting auto touch back and hanging problem then I have visited to Samsung service center they told to leave mobile for 15 days and they said after 15 days that your mobile has new from inside and assure me that you will never face the same problem but after 8 days i am facing the same problem .
