We have been loyal customers of Vijay sales(suman Nagar branch) for nearly 10 years.
Recently we placed an order for LG TV and Philips speakers.we received the order the very next day.
There was an internal damage to the speakers which was done during the shipment.
When we asked for a replacement, very arrogantly they told us to deliver the product to the Branch as if it was the customer's fault. Later we were assured to get the replacement the very next day. Today being 10th day we havent received the replacement.
They also assure you that they will revert back,and sadly it hasn't happened as yet.Now after calling the head office we are now assured for the replacement. The staff has been careless and disrespectful and their tenure of showing respect ends once the product is sold .
It seems losing out one customer doens't make a great difference to you.
