They should be given the first rate for the most poor service. we have really got into trouble by using their service for shifting the household items from bangalore to cochin.it took more than 4 days for the luggages to reach cochin.(Remember bangalore to cochin journey take only 12 hours). Is it their "timely delivery" as seen in their site!!!They offered us door delivery and we payed extra charge from cochin to our home. But they dropped the things in the nearest bus stop and we had to collect it by an auto. The most worse thing is that they had very bad customer service and the person whose mobile number is given in the site was switching off his phone when the problem occured. In brief, they have the most worst service.
