This one of your customer. your reputation regarding customer care is declining day by day.I am in receipt of lot of complains from your offices in Lucknow,Mumbai and today I received a complain from Delhi office. you staff is calling one person repeatedly for exray and other check up. plz remember today's technology is not so backward that one person requires one particular check up two time. Its only for making more and more money. so plz be aware, otherwise I will make complain against your staff and company, not only with Indian authorities but also with all concerned embassies,their ambassadors, Councillors and if needed I am go beyond that and black list every where.so its era of technology advancement.
