Pathetic service. Though the lab looks good, the services are pathetic. Confirm your test results and ensure all tests are done before leaving the place. I have experienced an incident here that they didn't share few of the test results though they have charged it(Rs 1500). Once I showed it to doctor she has informed that few of the test results are missing. Once I called Rashi, the way staffs behavior was strange and they are trying to justify with some crap reason from their end. Also they have given my Chest xray result to some one else bcz of the similarity in names. I feel, staffs are only good in do some basic blood tests and not experienced to handle critical tests like xray, sputum sample tests etc.
