There is worst service i have ever seen in big companies except in Big C in Nandyal branch Kurnool dist..Three days back, we bought karbon cell from your showroom...we came to home and checked the phone it did not work. we again went to show room, they did not replace it...they are asking us to get checked by ourselves some where else in nandyal...if the piece does not work..what is the problem to u to replace it. more over we lost hope on karbon company because of u guys...this is rediculous...that cost only 1650..u people are looking for 1650 rupees and not bothering about customer service...there are many companies in Nandya city, but why did we come to big c...because of ur brand value...we are so upset
