Vivek service centre is very worst service centre. We have purchased Samsung Airconditioner from Vivek. It is under warrenty. we have registered a complaint both at Samsung and Vivek. Samsung confirmed that there is a gas leakage in copper tube. Vivek person installed that Airconditioner, hence they are held responsible for installation. But vivek people are cheating the customer on a daily basis. Their service engineer visited our site and confirmed that the site is risk site hence they cannot rectify the same immediately. Our house is in 2 nd floor but AC outer located at 5th floor. What for they are selling the airconditioner to Multi stroeyed houses.without rectifying the problem they themselves close the job card number. We want to escalate the things to higher officials. But nobody is willing to provide their contact numbers and mail id. All the junior people are protecting the senior people. Very Very Worst service Centre. Our Job Number is 966302.
