To whomsoever it may concern bill No 4240913624 On 27 Jun 2017, I have purchased the samsung c9 pro mobile. After 4-5 days, I was facing the network issue and finger print detection issue. For network issue I highlighted it to airtel center. After 1 week of proper follow up with airtel team I came to know that problem is in the phone. Then on 15 Jul 2017, I submitted the samsung c9 pro mobile at samsung service center. Till today I was following up with the the samsung service center and customer care however I did not get satisfactory response. . I was following up with the service center and customer care. I visited the service center 4-5 times. I wasted 1 to 1.5 hrs daily to explain my problem to the customer care. I was mentally harrased. I had requested for the refund or replacement however I did not get any appropriate solution. They were denying my request without proper reason. As per samsung policy I should get refund however they were denying. They were only giving me repair option to which I was not agreed. The final approver of my request gave me his number. I called them many a times however they didn't pick the call. I am frustrated since the day I bought the phone. So today on 31 Jul 2017, I am collecting my mobile from the service center without any repair and I will go to the cosumer court for further action. Thanks. kailas sable 900400234
