pathetic service ... service boy which has come to my house was too rude and was not interested to clarify our doubts ... since we are first time user he was not helpful and not calm ..
like Robert he did the demo and overlook our doubt ... this is first time we had purchased product of Videocon now I feel like I did mistake :(
