I was planning since many days to visit your restaurant in UB city, Bangalore.I called up on friday to make a reservation for saturday. I was told that reservation is not accepted. One has to come & its first come first service. So I went with my wife & 10 year old son by 2.30 pm on saturday. Restaurant was full & I was told that we are closed for the lunch session because there were 100 people waiting before me. It was very disappointing.I spoke to the Manager & explained the situation. He told me that it will take one more hour. I had no choice. I said ok. By that time i just went to see the Khansama Restaurant which is anothrer side of it. Buffet was charged Rs.299/-. But the ambience was excellent. It was a good spread. For one moment i thought to take a sit in the Khansama Restaurant. But then i wanted to have a meal in Rajdhani, i sticked to my plan. By 3.30 i got the table. The menu was veg cutlet, Khamang dhokla, 2 types of chutney, 2 varites of dal, chana masala, pao bhaji, one beans veg, potato veg, gulab jamun, one laddu and shrikhand. Dhokla was not upto the mark. Pao bhaji the extra chopped onion was not provided.The some sort of salad was missing.Food was not tasty & it was not at all hot. The service was another issue. There were approx. 15 waiters to serve for 50 pax restaurant. Each time i had to call minimum 4 people to serve me my refill. The refill container were absolutely dirty. It gives us completely a feeling that we are having our meal in the marriage party were more than 100 people are having a meal at a time N waiters are trying to do their bit. I had served a pao N a phulka. Missi roti was served to next table. After asking for it I was told that that roti is closed. I mean i surprised that am i paying less that i am not served the complete meal??? Each time i had to ask for my refill. Why should i do it. Why the service was not anticipated??? The restaurant waiters, captains & managers needs to improve their eye for detail. It was absolutely poor service. Not at all value for money. VP

The complete unsatisfying experience. The white sheet which was kept on the bed was crumpled. The towel on the tea poy was absolutely dirty. The water pipe was completely rusted N giving a filthy look in the massage room. Certain things were asked N told that it got over which gave me completely unsatisfying experience. There was no subtle music played while the massage was going on. The complet massage was unprofessional. Not a good place to visit.
