Blue Dart courier sucks big time, i had an important courier to be delivered but obviously i am not at home during office hours so i requested them to deliver it to me in my office which they bluntly declined.
Then i prorposed to collect the courier from their office and got the jhandewalan address, i was told it remains open till 9 pm, i reached there by 7 .... it was open but the office incharge refused to offer any help and told me to come again the next day ...despite of the fact that it wudnt take more than 5 minutes.
Then i called them up the next day .... they kept me on hold and disconnected the phone .... i made another call this time nobody answered, i gave up after calling 4-5 times .
and even after more than 10 days i have still not got my courier.... and to top that all you have to bear the arrogance and outright disgusting attitude of those who work in this office.
