8/6/2018 Grinder motor had a problem, and i made call to your service center - chennai( west tambaram)
cell : 9940000005 , They replaced a new motor ( Rs1850/-) and without informing the had collected the old motor, and saying that it is the procedure to do it, Its really a customer to feel so much bad ,embarrassing , They had not given the warranty card & by bill we have to claim the Warranty, How come they can take my old motor without knowledge of the customer, so here after i wont recommend for Preethi to my friends and for me
