I gave my Hero Honda Splender Plus for service. At that time I made the complaint about the electrical fault mainly. In addition the oil change and other defects. During the servicing of my bike I received the call from the service centre for the replacement of chain. At that time also they have not informed about the electrical fault not attended. At the time of delivery also I have not been informed about the electrical fault not attended. While checking the indicator the technician told me cooly that that the electrical kit was not available in stock and he asked me to bring the vehicle another day for replacing the damaged electrical kit. I mainly gave the bike for electrical fault. But the service centre has carried out the parts replacement works only.
