We love KFC's chicken but KFC, whitefield road, bangalore has its service quality very poor. We have been to KFC outlet like Indira nagar, commercial street, Kormanagala and M G road, employees at the front counter are very quick and the average time they spend with the customer is max to max 3 minutes. Your order comes quickly and you enjoy the meal KFC, whitefield is full of mis-management. Whenever we go its always a bad experience. Every time we go there is shortage of fried chicken. Not only this employees at the front counter take around average of 5-7 minutes to take as well as to deliver the order at the counter. The employees are exceptionally very slow and they don't bother about the customer waiting in a queue i.e full of unprofessional-ism . You may see people in queue waiting for an hour to get their turn in an average crowd. This branch is not Customer centric also, people at the front counter don't greet you properly. As we people living in whitefield don't have any choice as this is the only outlet in this area. So I request management to take strict step in maintaining the brand value of KFC.
