Absolutely disgusting service . They charge almost 250-300 for a simple haircut but the service provided is not even worth Rs 50 . The staff are inefficient , and completely unprofessional and the management turns a blind eye to their behaviour . I recently went for a haircut yesterday and the staff outright refused to give me a haircut , just because I instructed him to cut it according to my specifications . This insolent behaviour is unacceptable in a service industry . Also the management , did not rebuke or discourage the staff . They are not running a parlour , it is a circus with exorbitant fees and absolute zero quality of service . If you want a good haircut and professional behaviour , try the nearby Head Turners in Gariahat , just 1-2 lanes apart .
