our Voltas mini magic inline el water cooler cum dispenser. It is out of warranty and the whole of winter we tried to get the hot water working. Now the dealer took away the cooler on April 12, 2010 and today 9th June 2010 after umpteen reminders the machine is back with us. It looks like it has been in the junkyard as they have not repaired it. It has been returned in a battered condition with black tape around it. the inside racks and the short shelf outside is also missing. the machine is back as they say the heating element is not available and Mr Omprakash was kind enuf to tell me to use atleast the cooling part for the summers. Please buy any product but NEVER a VOLTAS.
